There were limited toiletries and no air conditioning. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty on some devices, affecting my ability to get online when needed.

During our stay, the noise from early breakfasts was quite disruptive. We could actually hear conversations from the breakfast room, which made it impossible to get extra sleep after a restless night. the room temperature was uncomfortably warm, though we managed to address this by opening the windows.
